Having a Splash
This weekend is the girls party and I needed a break from all the overtime I have been putting in so decided to take today and tomorrow off. This morning I got the girls up and all sun-screened and suited up and we headed to the zoo to take advantage of the annual passes we got. They have a new Tropical Splash Ground and the kids can run through the water obstacles and get all cooled down and wet. They had a blast with all the different things and then we settled down for a nice picnic lunch of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and oranges. After a little bit more playing we toweled off and then loaded up to head out to Sam's Club which is nearby in Sanford.
We picked up a bunch of stuff for the party and the girls were great helpers the whole time. I still have a lot to do but we can still stop for fun every now and then.
