Busy day

Yesterday we got the girls up early so that I could make it to an early doctor's appointment. After that we took Peter to work and walked down to Crane's Roost to feed the turtles and fish some bread. When we were just about finished my mom called and said she was in the parking lot so we met up with her and walked the mall for a bit. After we ate some lunch we headed over to the party store to look at decorations and when we came out it was pouring rain so we walked along the strip mall that had an overhang and window shopped. While we were walking mom spotted $6 laying on the ground, a five dollar bill and a single. I have never seen her move so fast. There was no one around so we had no clue where it came from. We walked over to a Christian book store and spent the money plus a little extra and by the time we were done the rain had slowed enough for me to run to the car and pull up for the girls to get in. We headed over to Target where we touched just about everything and then headed back towards the mall where we wandered around Michaels. After we had played with each item and scared the girls with all the Halloween decorations we went across the street to Toy's R Us. I am still trying to get a couple ideas for Abbi's plane ride but we didn't see anything worth buying. It was just after 9 when we left so we drove back over to the mall and picked up Peter and then we all went to the dollar theater (they raised their prices) and watched Cars (again). Brye stayed at Grandma's last night and I am sure she was asleep before they made it home, I almost was. What a busy day. Thanks for all the fun Grandma!!
