Update on Donna
Donna went to the oncologist today and he took her off the meds she is currently, Apparently her reaction to the Sutent has comprom-ised her system . Her blood work is showing her hemoglobin, platelets , red blood count and other components of a complete blood study are below normal.
The doctor want to see if she bounces back to normal while being off of it. If so he may prescribe smaller doses of the medicine or try a new one. The lesions in her mouth make eating a really big problem. Lack of nourishment has also been a contributing factor to how she is doing.
She is still determined to kick #@% . That's my girl.
Please keep her and the family in continuing prayer as she fights the good fight.
