This could be it...
I have been having stronger and more regular contractions for a couple hours now. My midwife, Karen, is here and checked to see if anything has happened. Between contractions I am about 6-7cm dilated and the baby is still in a great birthing position. I am going to try and get some food and drink down and then see how I feel.
