Happy Memorial Day!
Because of Memorial Day I got to enjoy a nice three day weekend. Peter taught a class at church this past semester and one of the couples in his class invited us over for a "pignic." They live just down the road from us but they have acreage where they raise numerous farm animals, including pigs. One of those pigs wasn't too lucky because he got choosen to be our meal on this fine day. Abbi was at Grandma's house but Bresa had a blast on all the fun stuff they had set up. She jumped on the trampoline, slid on the slip'n slide and splashed
in the pool after feeding some animals. She also got to beat a pinata and grab some candy. We headed home just as the rain drops started but we leave just minutes away so we didn't get wet. Thank you to all the veteran's that earned our freedom and keep this country free!!!
