Responsibilities
Since Bresa is getting older Peter and I have made her in charge of a few more things around the house. We are trying to show her that with age comes responsibilities and sometimes that means things we don't want to do. Since she has been doing well so far I decided that she could have one more responsibility but this time it would be something a little more fun. Bresa had been talking
about getting a fish for a long time (rather, she wanted to take one of the fish out of our pond in the front yard and keep it in her room) so today while we were out running a couple other errands I stopped at the store and told her to pick out a fish. She was super excited and took a very long time to pick out just the right fish. I told her all about how she would have to feed the fish daily and how she had to clean the bowl frequently and she claimed she could take care of all these things. After we got all the supplies we needed we headed home. Hopefully this responsibility won't become a nuisance too quickly.
